Returns Policy

How do I request for a return?
To begin initiating a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, you MUST reach out to our customer support team at support@graceallure.com to confirm the return. Any return without the confirmation will be void.


IMPORTANT: Please contact us before making a return.

This is due to the shipments coming from different and multiple warehouses, thus, sending to the wrong warehouse will cause an error in the system. Once an error has been made in the system, we will not be able to process your returns.

How does your Returns Policy work?
Our return policy applies when wrong item is delivered or item is broken upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Returns shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we're not responsible for any lost or damaged package.

How do I request for a refund?
Refund will be issued if applicable:

  • The received item(s) is defective.
  • You received an incorrect item(s).

IMPORTANT: Please note you will be required to provide a video or picture (video is preferred) of the received item to qualify for the refund. Please send the video or picture to support@graceallure.com

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any refund request made after 30 days upon item received

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you still do not receive the refund, contact your bank next. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How do I request for an exchange?
Exchange will be issued if applicable:

  • The received item(s) is defective.
  • You received an incorrect item(s).

IMPORTANT: Please note you will be required to provide a video or picture (video is preferred) of the received item to qualify for the exchange. Please send the video or picture to support@graceallure.com

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

When is refund or exchange not possible?
You’re not eligible for the exchange or refund for the following reasons. If:

  • The order is not corrected or canceled before the order has been processed by our warehouse/manufacturer/supplier.
  • The product is not broken or defective
  • The product is damaged because of your own use
  • The product received has some discrepancies in color, size or measurement.
  • Received the correct item but you change your mind and want to exchange to a different design or model.
  • Any refund or exchange request made after 30 days upon item received.
