I was suspicious when it arrived and didn't have the conductive gel that they used at the clinic. However, it seemed to work fine without it. I did a few little test spots and it appears to be smooth. I was glad the glasses were pretty big and fit over my glasses.

The product arrived fast and in perfect condition. I have waited a while to do the review and after a month and a half I can already notice the changes. It is very easy to use, of good quality and cheaper than going to a clinic. I was very afraid of burning my skin or that I would get spots but absolutely nothing has happened to me. Baivon IPL Hair Remover arrived on time and well packaged. Upon arrival, unboxed and plugged in, tested all 5 intensity levels on my inner arm. Laser was not painful, however area felt slightly hot, left no red marks. Proceeded to use the next morning in several areas. Used level 3 in all areas for the first use. Excited to see results, will update review in a few weeks.

Honestly, this very easy to use. Just connect the power, turn on, and press the flash launch button. Level 2 is ok for me. Please note the flash is very strong! Please wear the glasses they provide! Very like it.
